These items will ship separately from shop orders as they are not shipped by me!
All orders are made-to-order, meaning no exchanges or returns if you have ordered the wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product.
So please, use extra caution before placing an order!
However, if an item is clearly defective then I will look into the matter and contact the manufacturer to see if a return or exchange is in order.
A proof of purchase and photo evidence will need to be submitted to the shops email.
