Refund policy
Orders may be subject to refund on a case by case basis.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or made to order items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Pieces that are returned to sender will be refunded for the amount of the set purchased, not including the shipping cost. Orders that have yet to be shipped will be refunded for the full amount. Once a set is returned a refund will be processed to the original payment - please allow 7-10 business days for this to be reflected.
