Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Most orders will ship within 2 - 3 weeks after your order is received unless the order queue is very long, orders can take up to 5 weeks.
Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding USA Federal holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING / CUSTOMS

International orders may stay in transit up to 4 weeks, customs can take a week or more before the item is cleared depending on the area. Once the order leaves the US and is handed over to the designated country packages are given to local carriers for delivery, please check your international regulations if you're unaware if you need to pay a fee.
You are responsible for all duties and taxes on your order. 

LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages lost by the mail couriers, and you will have to reach out directly to the courier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL) to open a missing package claim with them. They will be able to better assist in locating your package, as we have no visibility on your package once it leaves our warehouse.
